Louise & Bea's Chocolate Chip Cookies

We reached out to our friends at Louise & Bea's Desserts to create these delicious, ready-to-prepare cookies. We hope you love baking these as much as we loved creating them. Happy nesting!

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Light Brown Sugar
  • Flour
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 and 1⁄2 sticks softened, salted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Lay parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

  • Spoon chocolate chips into a small bowl and set aside.

  • Spoon granulated sugar and brown sugar into mixing bowl, add butter and mix until smooth.

  • Mix in 1 egg and 1 tbsp of vanilla until smooth.

  • Place lid on jar; shake to mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add dry mixture into a mixing bowl. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

  • Refrigerate cookie dough for 30 minutes (optional).

  • Drop 1" dough balls onto the cookie sheet, spacing cookies 2" apart.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.

  • Cool cookies on pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.

  • Enjoy!
