From business plans to marketing, Peggy was literally the first hire of the firm.
Working side by side with Nest Realty Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill founder Julian Culton, Peggy was instrumental in launching the firm in 2011. In addition to her own brokerage business, she really enjoys coaching and mentoring new agents. Prior to real estate, she spent eight years doing design and project consulting for a custom home builder and has been married to that same builder for more than 29 years.
This background and understanding of construction bring an invaluable perspective to the buying and selling experience of her clients. Peggy's incredible attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and market valuation skills have become cornerstones of her success. She takes time to listen and educate her clients, thus empowering them in the process and making the overall experience a more rewarding one.
Outside of work, you will likely find her on a tennis court or enjoying time with her husband, Walker, and their two sons, Phen and Foster.
