Mollie loves houses. Buying them, Selling them, Improving them, Designing them. She could easily launch into a fully developed thesis on the effect of well-designed space on mental/emotional health. She could explain how a diagonal sight line can literally work magic, and talk a very long time about the absolute necessity of connecting interior and exterior space.

 

But Mollie really just wants to see your house. Your future house, your current house, your Momma's house. Her mission is to do whatever it takes for her clients to live in a home they love, and she has carefully curated the professional experience and tools to achieve this goal, one client, one house, at a time.

 

It started with LEGOs. Baskets, boxes, piles of LEGOs. They all became houses. No two alike, no instructions required. Mollie got her first Broker's License in Boston, and worked with a Real Estate Developer buying/Renovating entire streets. Derelict brownstones became lovely homes, while rotting mansions became high-end condos. 

 

She earned her Master's in Architecture at the Rhode Island School of Design in 1999, and has been designing custom homes and renovations for 20+ years since then. New to NEST, Mollie is particularly excited about working closely with Reade Ackner. She still loves LEGOs.
