A Durham and Trinity Park native, Julian has a passion for representing his client's best interests in each and every transaction and has been serving their real estate needs in the Triangle area for more than 25 years. Along with helping people buy and sell homes, he's the owner of Nest Realty Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill.
Away from real estate, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He's been married to Cathy for more than 33 years and they have three adult children: Cobey, 31, Davis, 27, Daughter-in-law Anna, 27, and Elizabeth, 23.
I have spent my whole life in the Triangle area, and I've witnessed the amazing growth firsthand. While "I can't go home again", I'm thrilled with all the newcomers and especially delighted that the Triangle area is a thriving and desired destination.
