Her outgoing personality and easy demeanor make her clients feel welcome and like one of the family.

 

Debra is a Durham native, married to Randy, her high school sweetheart. Together they have three awesome adult children Kendel, Philip, and Erik, of which two served in the military, and one sweet grandson, Reid. After raising her children, Debra desired to start a career of her own. She obtained her real estate and Broker licenses and has been in the real estate business for 17 years.

 

Debra is passionate about this industry, and wants to help you with your next real estate venture. From first-time home buyers to empty nesters selling the family home, she assists her clients through every step of their transaction. She works with both buyers and sellers in the Triangle and the surrounding areas.

 

When she isn't working, Debra and Randy enjoy hiking and kayaking together. They also enjoy spending time on the beach reading a good book and working in their yard. Debra and Randy are also both active members of their church.
